1st Trimester

Gestational Diabetes

  • cinnamon pills with every meal

  • hemp protein powder drinks/smoothies
  • low glycemic diet

38 weeks until delivery

Labor/Birth

  • Black Cohosh (the highest recommend dose to induce labor)
